We introduce targeted botanicals, nurturing peptides, active ingredients to address your skin goals and take you on your skin journey to stimulate your natural radiance and healing glow. As your body softens into deep relaxation, sculpting techniques and intuitive massage lift the facial muscles and melt tension held in the jaw, head, shoulders, and neck. A signature feature of this facial is the sculpting massage, at your chosen pressure to go beyond the physical to unlock energies in the tissues for a truly deep restorative experience reflected in the skin. Each session is uniquely attuned to your current skin goals and skin condition. To complete your glow, we finish with a cooling botanical mist, a bioactive vitamin serum, a peptide-rich eye treatment, and a deeply nourishing moisturiser selected specifically for your skin type. Cancellation Policy
Bookings • All appointments are by booking only and subject to availability. • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment or full payment. • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience in a relaxed state. If the front door is locked for safety and security we apologise, we are not far away you may have arrived extra early, prior to us unlocking. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking. If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment time will not be shortened. • All treatments are personalized and tailored to your individual needs at the time of your visit unless you request otherwise. Cancellations & Rescheduling & Deposits • We understand that life happens and plans may change. To maintain fairness for both guests and practitioners, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a 50% cancellation fee, or their deposit with be forfeited . Health & Wellbeing • Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your session. • Awakened Yours reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons. Gift Vouchers • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment. • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
