By accessing or using the Awaken Yours website, booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or services.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
 

3. Services Provided

Awaken Yours provides intuitive coaching, energy alignment, and empowerment guidance. These services are complementary in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
 

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Package discounts apply only to pre-paid bookings.

  • All bookings are subject to availability. Package sessions must be used within the specified period (e.g., 90 days from the first session).

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiting the session.

  • No refunds will be issued once the first session of a package has been used.
     

6. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are engaging in intuitive and energy-based practices at your own discretion.

  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and follow-through before, during, and after sessions.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, branding, and session materials) is the property of Awaken Yours. You may not reuse or reproduce content without written permission.
 

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy] and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We respect your confidentiality and use secure systems to protect your data.
