Somatic therapy recognizes that stress, trauma, and emotional tension are not only held in the mind, but stored within the nervous system and physical tissues of the body. Through guided breathwork, mindful awareness, gentle movement, and supportive touch, this deeply restorative experience helps release held tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of safety from within. Rather than talking through stress, somatic therapy invites you to feel, notice, and soften allowing the body to complete stress responses and return to balance. Cancellation Policy
Bookings • All appointments are by booking only and subject to availability. • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment or full payment. • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience in a relaxed state. If the front door is locked for safety and security we apologise, we are not far away you may have arrived extra early, prior to us unlocking. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking. If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment time will not be shortened. • All treatments are personalized and tailored to your individual needs at the time of your visit unless you request otherwise. Cancellations & Rescheduling & Deposits • We understand that life happens and plans may change. To maintain fairness for both guests and practitioners, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a 50% cancellation fee, or their deposit with be forfeited . Health & Wellbeing • Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your session. • Awakened Yours reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons. Gift Vouchers • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment. • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
