Cancellation Policy

Bookings • All appointments are by booking only and subject to availability. • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment or full payment. • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience in a relaxed state. If the front door is locked for safety and security we apologise, we are not far away you may have arrived extra early, prior to us unlocking. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking. If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment time will not be shortened. • All treatments are personalized and tailored to your individual needs at the time of your visit unless you request otherwise. Cancellations & Rescheduling & Deposits • We understand that life happens and plans may change. To maintain fairness for both guests and practitioners, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a 50% cancellation fee, or their deposit with be forfeited . Health & Wellbeing • Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your session. • Awakened Yours reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons. Gift Vouchers • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment. • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
