Monday Moments ~ Some exciting new developments are happening behind the scenes at Awaken Yours, and with that comes a temporary adjustment to our public service days. For the time being, appointments will be available Sundays and Mondays only (outside of private bookings). To support this transition, we’re introducing: 🌿 MONDAY MOMENTS – SPECIAL OFFER 🌿 Book any 60-minute service on a Monday for just $100.🪷 Offer details: • Valid for standard 60-minute services only • Available on Mondays only • Limited to one booking per client, per Monday • Not valid with any other promotion or discount Service needs to be performed on a Monday • Applies to new bookings made while the promotion is active • This promotion is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time. Cancellation Policy
Bookings • All appointments are by booking only and subject to availability. • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment or full payment. • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience in a relaxed state. If the front door is locked for safety and security we apologise, we are not far away you may have arrived extra early, prior to us unlocking. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking. If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment time will not be shortened. • All treatments are personalized and tailored to your individual needs at the time of your visit unless you request otherwise. Cancellations & Rescheduling & Deposits • We understand that life happens and plans may change. To maintain fairness for both guests and practitioners, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a 50% cancellation fee, or their deposit with be forfeited . Health & Wellbeing • Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your session. • Awakened Yours reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons. Gift Vouchers • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment. • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
