Awaken Yours - Deep Tissue Massage more than a physical experience— it’s often described as “Next Level”. It’s beyond a sequence of releasing tension in muscles, in fascia tissue, and tight joints. How we explain people’s experience is that every body is unique, using a standard set of massage sequences isn’t going to release tension for every body, Realising where the tensions origin is, is key. Drawing on training in Shiatsu, Tui Na, a cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage, Ayurvedic Practices Yogic Science working with your unique body, each session is designed to move stagnation, tension and restore flow, This is not a one-pressure-fits-all massage, as we release deeply held tension, clearing energetic blockages, and honouring the meridian pathways that guide your vitality. What to expect: • Targeted release of chronic muscular tension • Rhythmic acupressure and Tui Na rolling techniques to move Qi • Meridian-based assessment to guide flow and focus • Shiatsu-inspired grounding to recalibrate body and mind You’ll walk away feeling lighter, longer, and more deeply attuned to yourself. 🪷 This is Deep Tissue work through the lens of over 23 years of studies and application.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings • All appointments are by booking only and subject to availability. • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment or full payment. • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience in a relaxed state. If the front door is locked for safety and security we apologise, we are not far away you may have arrived extra early, prior to us unlocking. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking. If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment time will not be shortened. • All treatments are personalized and tailored to your individual needs at the time of your visit unless you request otherwise. Cancellations & Rescheduling & Deposits • We understand that life happens and plans may change. To maintain fairness for both guests and practitioners, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a 50% cancellation fee, or their deposit with be forfeited . Health & Wellbeing • Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your session. • Awakened Yours reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons. Gift Vouchers • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment. • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
