A personalised Awakened 1:1 Yoga journey. Yoga is more than a physical practice, Yoga is a profound system rooted in ancient wisdom, designed to release inner and outer obstacles —physically, mentally, and emotionally. To harness the strength and wisdom of life. Physical Yoga practice alone can be a powerful physical and mental challenge, and with the proper guidance, it can revitalise both mind and body and assist changes in life both internally and externally. These sessions are tailored to your unique goals and needs and may include mindful movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, guided relaxation, visualisation, and focused intention-setting. Together, these elements reconnect you to your true self, cultivating clarity, balance, and inner peace. Cancellation Policy
Bookings • All appointments are by booking only and subject to availability. • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment or full payment. • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience in a relaxed state. If the front door is locked for safety and security we apologise, we are not far away you may have arrived extra early, prior to us unlocking. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking. If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment time will not be shortened. • All treatments are personalized and tailored to your individual needs at the time of your visit unless you request otherwise. Cancellations & Rescheduling & Deposits • We understand that life happens and plans may change. To maintain fairness for both guests and practitioners, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a 50% cancellation fee, or their deposit with be forfeited . Health & Wellbeing • Your comfort, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your session. • Awakened Yours reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons. Gift Vouchers • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment. • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
